After contacting the police and obtaining a crime reference number, contact our dedicated monitoring team through your TrakShield app or the number supplied in your service documentation. The team will guide you through the next steps. In immediate danger, call 999.
Should I wait for the police to respond?
No. As soon as you’ve notified the police, contact our monitoring team. The police do an incredible job, but they’re often overstretched and may not be able to respond quickly. Our specialist recovery teams mobilise immediately and start work on recovering your vehicle fast.
