What happens after the first 12 months?
Applicable tracking and monitoring packages include the first 12 months’ subscription, then renew at £149 per year. Standalone TrakShield Immobilise does not require a tracking subscription.
Is vehicle recovery included?
Police liaison and frontline recovery are different services. Frontline recovery and repatriation can be chargeable and require your authorisation. Recovery is not guaranteed. The app guidance describes police liaison at no added cost, with an optional separately authorised frontline recovery attempt. Ask the team to confirm your specific package.
How is my tracker installed?
We arrange professional installation at a time and place that suits you. The team confirms your vehicle and appointment, then the engineer fits and configures the applicable product and helps you get started. Some Sleeper configurations may be suitable for self-fit; we will confirm if that applies.
